You can use the search button in any of your social media sites like Twitter LinkedIn etc. Go into the search bar on twitter for example and type in the niche that you are looking for. You could use 'How to make a Blog' for example and then twitter brings up all of the tweets from people who are interested in blogging. Then you can send them any information you like that you think may help them, a free offer is the best. Do this with a lead capture page and like that you can build up your list. You can also get backlinks by connecting to other people in the tweets who are already bloggers.
